This Privacy Policy explains how Apptile Inc (“Tile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use our mobile-app design and development platform at https://tile.dev (the “Platform”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge the practices set out below.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge the practices set out below.

1 No-Refund Policy

All payments to Tile are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Initial subscription purchases

  • Automatic subscription renewals

  • Mid-cycle plan upgrades

  • Usage-based or overage fees

  • One-time add-on purchases

    Once a payment is successfully processed, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

1 No-Refund Policy

All payments to Tile are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Initial subscription purchases

  • Automatic subscription renewals

  • Mid-cycle plan upgrades

  • Usage-based or overage fees

  • One-time add-on purchases

Once a payment is successfully processed, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation is effective immediately:

  • Immediate access termination: Your account, projects, environments, and any unused bundled credits (tokens, build minutes, etc.) are deactivated as soon as cancellation is processed.


  • No partial refunds or credits: Because subscription access and usage allowances are bundled, any unused time or credits are forfeited on cancellation. We do not provide pro-rated refunds, cash equivalents, or roll-overs.

Future renewals stopped: After cancellation, no further recurring charges will be made unless you reactivate a subscription.

3. Billing Accuracy & Disputes

3.1 Service Providers

Charges are based on Tile’s internal usage meters, visible in your billing portal.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, email billing@tile.dev within 15 days of the statement date. We will investigate and correct any verifiable errors, but disputed amounts do not qualify for refunds under this policy.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Tile violates our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to recover the disputed amount plus any fees we incur as a result of the chargeback.

5. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where such laws require a refund, we will comply.
